White Screen On Admin Page

Hi everyone, nice to see that someone is trying to get the Board back up and running.

I have been trying for months to try and fix the problem i have, but with no joy, ive spent hours goggleing but have not been sussefull.

My question is that i have installed webid, via softaculous and whislt i can get the main site up, when i log into the admin page it just takes me to a White screen.

Any ideas

Hi shorty, the white screen is the result of a server side error, there can be a few reasons.

1. If the installer installed 1.2.2.2 we have noticed a few unpredictable behaviours, i would recommend manually installing version 1.2
2. Many servers by default have PHP 8 installed, The script does not function will in it. I have found that 5.6 - 7.3 as a rule is the max range but it depends on the hosts parameters. PHP 5.6 seems to work every time.
