Why have i shared this, its not webid? 

• The code structure is almost identical
  
• The template system is Identical
  
• The person who shareed it is in a webid fork
  
• This version is newer than the the last notable version of webid best I can tell
  
• It seems to work with php 7.0
  
• The installer looks almost identical to webids.
  

It genuinely appears that this individual continued developing webid code.
Notable Issues:

• Make sure you have a trailing slash on your URL before you install, it will nto work correctly if you dont.
  
• PHP 7.1 Does not work
  
• Templates not all that. I prefer webid 1.22 template, however i think with a bit of a jimmy, the Webid 1.2.2 template could be made work with it.
